Shipping policy

Modern Shelving products come in a variety of complex configurations, colors and styles. Please note that if you ordered frame/pole color options other than SATIN or wood shelves or cabinets shipping & processing times will vary. Additionally some items, such as cabinets, ship from a different location and may arrive on different days than your aluminum frames, shelves and poles. Since we custom check each order to ensure everything is correct our processing times may be longer depending seasonal changes and demand. We will update you once your order is received and if some of your items will ship from another location of take a longer processing time you will be notified of the estimates ship date via email. Please note that wood shelves and cabinets can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Contact us anytime via phone, chat or txt msg via our support page if you have any additional questions. In the unfortunate event of delayed shipments or delivery or missing items from delivery, Modern Shelving does not discount due to inconveniences caused by such events.
